Your IP Address
An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer every time you browse the Internet.

request, including, without limitation, your organization's name, focus, address, phone number, financial history, tax identification
number, and the purpose for which you intend to use the grant. All or any part of the information we collect during the application
process is referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Application Information."
Disclosures to Third Parties
As described in our Terms of Use, the Hector Family Foundation does not accept any information provided through the Site on a
confidential or proprietary basis. From time to time, therefore, the Hector Family Foundation may disclose such information, including,
without limitation, your Application Information, to third parties. For example, the Hector Family Foundation may disclose your
Application Information to other grant makers, to organizations of grant makers, and to personnel of our affiliated companies who
are furthering the charitable purpose of the Hector Family Foundation. In addition, if we make a grant to your organization, we may
disclose your Application Information to the public by, among other things, identifying you as a Hector Family Foundation grantee
and describing your use of the grant. The Hector Foundation does not sell or rent your Application Information to third parties.
Disclosures for Legal Reasons
The Hector Family Foundation will also disclose information you provide through the Web Site, including but not limited to Application
Information, when it believes, in its sole discretion, that the law requires such disclosures or in the good-faith belief that such
action is necessary to:

- Protect and defend the rights or property of the Hector Family Foundation or others; or
